Change management generally is used as a method to keep things in control such as when a company introduces a new policy, and they strive to ensure that the plan does not change their objectives and that it does not consume more funds than allocated (Hornstein, 2015). Change leadership is generally a tool when change is required in urgency. It has more significant opportunities with more substantial risks but comes for a lesser period. This kind of change is what most people fear to try due to the fear of risk, but it is the same change that can achieve and bring tremendous results.
