Ethics have a positive impact on an organization’s overall culture. Ethics help in building trust as part of the organizational culture. A culture that encourages and rewards ethical behavior promotes organizational success over individual gratification (Bradford, 2018). As a result, I believe that employees will have a genuine interest in team efforts that promote others’ welfare and themselves simultaneously.
