Answer preview
Ethics training and increased involvement of the employees was another important component of the ethics program in Lockheed. Since CEO Augustine’s definition of the company ethics program was boring, there was a commitment to ensure that the employee training process was interesting and worthwhile (Terris, 2013). There was a major concern in ensuring that the training program cultivated the organization’s ethical culture through an increased commitment by all the employees. Instead of adopting the lecturers, the company had conventionally emphasized adopting the comic strip that had proved fascinating to all the company employees.
