Answer preview
To achieve the goals, there is a need to give Michael an exposure and a practical experience of living away from home. In the summer through the school, staff will help Michael’s grandmother to enroll him for a three months program where he can independently learn important life skills. The school staff will also engage Michael actively in performing such functions as preparing to eat snacks more efficiently.
Agency Involvement
Parents and school staffs are the main participants in accomplishing goals for independent living. However, Ohio Coalition for Education of Children with disabilities-PTI will be engaged to help build appropriate support for Michael, including enrolment to a transitional program.
Responsible Components
