Title of the Paper

This is the introductory paragraph for Part 2 of a three-part installment of your comprehensive term paper, which is designed to inform the reader of what you will cover in the paper.The introductory paragraph should receive no specific heading, as it functions as your paper’s introduction. Recommended Practice Change

Explain the rationale for practice or process change. Substantiate with evidence from the literature, organizational performance dashboard, scorecard, safety events, or other quality metrics. Include metrics or objective data and supporting information to substantiate this gap in nursing practice. The response to this criterion should be a minimum of 2–3 paragraphs. Organizational Readiness

Analyze the completed Johns Hopkins Organizational Readiness for Implementing Change Tool to determine if the selected organization is prepared for a change in quality improvement. Describe the current state of the organizational readiness for quality improvement. Describe the support present in the organization to support quality improvement, positive patient experiences, and promotion of health equity. This analysis should be a minimum of 1 paragraph. Support your work with at least one citation from a credible reference/source. Ensure there is a matching reference for each citation in your References list.

Summary of the Literature

Summarize two (2) scholarly journal articles specific to culture of safety, change management, and/or project management. The response to this criterion should be a minimum of 1 paragraph.
