Psychological tests and assessments are related in nature but are different mechanisms of mental evaluation. Psychological testing involves the use of existing methods such as checklists and questionnaires which ensures a standardized way of evaluating all the undertakers of the tests. This method, researched and approved by researchers to test a dominant trait in public, widely used for similar conditions.
