The term decision involves making a choice after a long time of consideration and guides people to make a choice. Ethics should be a concern in all aspects of life, and it guides people or organizations on how to act more responsibly. According to Austin Cline (October 08, 2018), ethics entails a set of moral behaviors or rules that provide guidance for a behavior.  Ethics define what is generally accepted by people in certain settings.  Ethics are outlined in a set of standards which assists people to decide on how they will behave or act in each situation. It helps individuals to make a decision based on what is right or wrong which can be difficult depending on the situation and context (Austin Cline, October 08, 2018).  Sometimes, ethics can be confused with other ways of making choices which includes law morality and religion.  Numerous religions address ethical decision – making but not to the full ranges of choices.  On the other hand, a good legal system always addresses ethical consideration on the personal context, but it dictates ethics as universal guidance (Wood, 2001).
