Governments, when coming up with a budget, set aside vast amounts of money to cater for learning institutions especially higher learning institutions. Parents encourage their children to save up for their college tuition fee from a very young age. Students work for good grades to get scholarships to join universities and colleges but the question of the purpose of colleges still gives rise to numerous debates…
