• Read Case Study 14-6, Healthy Conflict Resolution, in Organizational Behavior in Health Care. Answer the question provided at the end of the case study.
• Submit a 4–5 page paper, not counting the required title and references pages.
• Back up your responses with at least five (5) current sources (no older than three years), three (3) of which are peer-reviewed articles.
• You may not use the course textbooks, but you may use other course readings.
