Healthcare systems across the globe experience many challenges, from delay inpatient discharge, preventing medical errors, clinical variations, hospital-acquired infections, or even lack of cash flow to facilitate hospital activities. For health care systems to improve, many quality projects fail to deliver. Optimizing sepsis care helps to improve the early recognition of infections and their outcomes. Many hospital deaths in the United States are caused by sepsis (Li et al., 2020). Identifying the infection takes time as the symptoms are not early recognized. It is usually in the last stages by the time it is recognized, causing organs to fail, causing mortality deaths. Creating effective evidence-based system care for sepsis will help identify sepsis at an early stage and help minimize maternal deaths of people with sepsis and septic shock. Identifying sepsis symptoms at an early stage will reduce the time patients stay in emergency departments, mainly those with severe sepsis and sepsis shock. Creating screening machines for identifying sepsis in outpatient settings and physician offices will help improve health care systems.
