From Cook county, it is apparent that the population has been declining from 2015 to 2020 while that of Will County rose from the same period. For instance, Cook County population has declined from 5,238,216 to 5,150,233 people while that of Will country rose from 687,263 to 690,743 people. Also, there is a decrease in the number of premature death in Will country where declined from 340.4 deaths per 100,000 people in 2015 to 340 deaths per 100,000 people. On the other hand, the premature death rate increases in the Cook Country from 278.2 deaths per 100,000 people in 2015 to 290per 100,00 in 2020. There was a decline in the infant mortality rate in both counties. For instance, infant mortality in both Cook and Will Counties was 7.6 per 1000 live births and 6.8 per 1000 live births, which reduce to 7, and 5 per 1000 livebirths consecutively (Explore Census Data. 2021).
