Since I was of a young and tender age my total passion has always been on the hospitality docket. Due to this, my future plans for hospitality are that I want to start a seafood restaurant in China. A seafood restaurant is a cafeteria or a hotel that specializes in the sale of foods from the sea such as fish and jellyfish. Seafood is served in two categories whereby they can be served as fresh foods or take away where people carry them home to prepare them there.
