I liked the way you summarized the theories we are learning in your first paragraph.
In the second paragraph, you would have him imitate behavior, as Bandura would, but you have filtered his experiences to have him come in early and watch appropriate behaviors as the other children arrive. Further, you would probably choose a friend or buddy for him, as he is new and doesn’t need to align to a student who is not following the rules.
Your third paragraph discusses strengthening and reinforcing strategies to further imprint his understanding.
