In reality, no business operates independently, as companies across all industries rely on vendors for support. Often, the vendor relationship is overlooked and not given the attention it deserves (Pease, 2015). For an efficient organization and customer satisfaction, HR must create a good relationship with vendors, as they provide materials and services needed to run the organization. Managers and employees interact with vendors to share ideas (Zielinski, 2018). That helps vendors understand what the organization wants, hence developing ideas that are much tailored and relevant to the business’s needs.
