Assignment –
There are 2 options:
Option 1
Read and review 3 articles from Harvard Business Review and/or California Management Review on negotiating issues (ones not assigned for required reading). Your review should extend what you learned from the textbook materials on this topic. If you directly use content from the articles, you should place that content in quotes and appropriately reference it with footnotes. I will be grading this assignment based upon you comprehensively understanding the material covered in these 3 articles and tying them together. Your report should be between 1200 – 2000 words (using the word count feature in Word – show the number of words on the first page of your report).
Option 2
Read and review 3 articles from any business journal on laws related to ethics (ones not assigned for required reading). Your review should extend what you learned from the textbook materials on this topic. Chapter 19 lists various applicable laws. I suggest that you choose 3 laws, one article each that explains the major parts of the laws. If you directly use content from the articles, you should place that content in quotes and appropriately reference it with footnotes. I will be grading this assignment based upon you comprehensively understanding the material covered in these 3 articles and tying them together. Your report should be between 1200 – 2000 words (using the word count feature in Word – show the number of words on the first page of your report).

Since these are research projects, our library database licenses allow students to search and read articles from many business journals without cost. For either option, you must place a Word document in the Extra Credit dropbox on the course D2L site by May 10, 9pm.
