Managing Global Virtual Teams
In order to be successful and competitive, most businesses today rely on global virtual teams. The use of such teams is relatively new and was practically unheard of ten years ago. New technology and economic pressures have combined to make it both possible and necessary for the global virtual team to exist. It is a challenge to assemble work teams comprised of individuals from different backgrounds and different locations.
You have been asked to train the employees at a company that regularly utilizes global virtual teams. Design a presentation that you will use in a training session that highlights the best practices in working and interacting with others in a global virtual team.
