The EPR paper, by Nathan, Albert and Boris’s highlight basically challenges the completeness of the quantum mechanics using the assumptions of locality and realism (Wheeler and Zurek, 2014). This paper only considers only the physical reality without having additional variables. In the EPR paper, the outcome of another variable is certainly established as the opposite of its other subsystem thus considering the element of physical reality. Therefore, the EPR failed in establishing the completeness of the quantum mechanics since it violated the principle of the finite speed of physical effects and ignored some elements of the physical reality. The EPR paper concludes that although the quantum mechanics theory is possible, the wave function does not provide a complete description of the reality.
