When it comes to such a scenario the management has quite a number of roles that they can play. This scenario should be termed as an emergency by any organization because if Sam had succeeded to lobby a lot of the employees the situation would have been worse to a point to would even result to the lockdown of the organization. The managers have to start by evaluating the amount of damage that had been done and calming down as well as reassuring all the employees that everything was okay. Whatever Sam Mutti took were wrong, after having the idea that he and the other administration officials were being compensated wrongly, he should have approached the management and sought for answers.
