Customer experience focuses on the relationships formed between customers and businesses. My worst customer experience was when I was inquiring about a phone service subscription charged thrice at the normal rates, and the subscription expired after two weeks instead of a month. I called the company to inquire whether there were changes in the monthly rates paid for the service, and the customer agent was rude and did not offer any assistance. After complaining, I had to speak to different agents, which was frustrating as they did not give me any feasible solution. This was a frustrating experience as I did not get a refund and sought services from other companies.
