Non-verbal communication refers to the process of transmitting messages or signals through gestures, facial expressions, and posture (Alberts, Nakayama, and Martin, 2015). It also incorporates visual interpretations such as tone or volume of the voice and body language. Non-verbal communication has played a significant role in building professional relationships at work. Through this mode of interaction, I have improved my ability to express my responses and reactions during team tasks and meetings with my colleagues.
