When administering contracts, the primary issue that often arises is clarity. It usually occurs when the contracting parties do not clearly understand the terms of contracts and their agreements (Concord, 2018). In conclusion, the topic of contracts administration planning is essential for me to learn the processes of contract creation and the rights of procurement that promote mutual relationships by contracting entities. Moreover, it equips me with the skills necessary to negotiate, manage and implement contracts, manage risks from contracts and observe contract invoicing procedures (Andrea, 2018).
