After reviewing The Invisible Patients documentary, define/describe in detail an ethical dilemma that was experienced by the NP. Please note, there are several ethical issues, so there should be diversity in the responses. Explain how you would have handled the situation.

Remember there is no right or wrong answer for this ethical question. Suggested reference Look at the Nuremburg Code (US Department of Health & Human Services, 2005; Washington, 2012) as it was the major start of ethics in research and that can carry over to nursing practice.

In addressing this ethical dilemma, I would engage Ron on the same and suggest that he acquires the services of an independent financial manager or an institution that can manage his accounts (Rainer, Schneider & Lorenz, 2018). In the present case, the manager was close to the family, which may escalate the family dispute that might affect his health. The primary detriment of this dilemma is that Ron stands to lose his money if the same is not addressed adequately and effectively. On the other hand, if the same is addressed, Ron’s finances will be secure, and his brother will not interfere with the same therefore minimizing the family conflict (Barlow Hargreaves & Gillibrand, 2018).
