Now that I have learned about systems and the approaches that help promote significant transformations, I have discovered correlating factors that match the learned concepts. In the human systems I participate in, the leaders acknowledge the essence of functions like managing, organizing, and controlling organizational processes to achieve the set goals. According to Senge (2004), the three functions align with the vision, values, and mental models that leaders develop to shape the internal environment. The organizational processes go hand in hand with the five strategies, namely core, consequences, customer, control, and culture, for reinventing change in the human systems.
