The article talks about hate speech and tackles the question whether it should be discouraged.  According to the article, hate speech should definitely be stopped. The article goes further to give ways in which hate speech should be dealt with as well as regulated. For instance,   laws and policies can be put in place in order to deal with hate speech. In my assessment, the article is very credible and relates to offensive speech. Hate speech is outrightly an offensive speech. ..
