It is defined as an individual’s ability to control their conduct and how they react to feelings and other stimuli (Inan et al., 2017). My previous manager’s actions and conduct led me to conclude that his self-regulation levels were quite low. I will use an example of his conduct to support this assertion. Whenever an employee failed to complete the task assigned to them either properly or in time, he would immediately get angry at them and reprimand them. On one occasion, the manager even threw the documents a colleague had submitted to them because they were not create using the format he asked him to use.
