Describe the elements of Lewis force field analysis model

In Lewin force field analysis model, there are forces driving change and restraining change. When these forces reach equilibrium, there is no more change.  Lewin states that the transition occurs when the driving forces supersede the restraining forces. Lewin force field model comprises of four elements which include forces resting change, forces for change, restraining forces, and driving forces. These four elements have different impacts on individuals and affect people’s decision so significantly, and these forces can be internal or external (McShane & Von Glinow, 2013)…
