From my speech, I feel empowered in knowing that there are various ways one can be more creative and innovative. At first, I found it helpful to trace back my source of motivation from my childhood, which helped me realize that one skill that allows an individual to be creative is by being curious. This made me dig deeper into identifying why curiosity makes an individual creatively intelligent. From what I gathered, I learned that this skill enhances an individual’s brainpower in identifying ways to solve problems or even come up with new ideas to meet clients’ expectations (Barnard, & Herbst, 2018).
