Answer preview
I agree that some unethical behaviors in business might seem appropriate for the employers for their business to succeed. The intense competition in the business world has made ethics not to be considered as part of the decision-making process. Employers have the right to employ the best qualified even if they are from only one race if this is what will make their business to succeed. However, this also come with a cost to the business because if some individuals find out that they were discriminated in hiring because of their race, they can file a complaint against the potential employer which can make the employer to incur a huge cost (Trevino and Nelson, 2016). There are also clients who avoid conducting business with companies that are unethical such as those that have employed workers from only one race. In the case of the show that depicts situations involving unethical behaviors, some potential viewers can also avoid it because ethics plays an important role in the society.(197words)
