Read Case 2 and Answer the Following Questions: (1500 words only)

– Identify and analyse each legal issue in relation to relevant contract laws and tort laws. (Support your answer with relevant laws and regulations in Oman.)

– Provide Advice to:

i. The Ministry of Sports as to their liability to Mabela builders and Seeb Seating Company.

ii. Mabela builders as to their obligation to the Ministry of Sports.

iii. Seeb Seating Company as to their liability to the Ministry of SPorts and to Mr. Abdullah.

iv. Abdullah about his accident.

Following the agreement of Mr. Badar as a professional singer with Mr. Yousuf, an administrator of Oman Opera House, their contract was deemed to be null and void since one of the affected parts preached the initial deal. Mr. Badar was tasked to perform the first tenor during Mr. Yousuf’s marriage celebration. But Mr. Bader failed to show up as per their contract due to sickness. But instead of three days prior the official day of celebration, it was only two days earlier real day that Mr. Badar attended the rehearsals of celebration. Mr. Yousuf considered it as a total failure at the side of Mr. Badar, and he is deemed to have breached the contract, and as a result, Mr. Yousuf terminated the said agreement.
