Write an essay in which you explain or describe a process of your choosing. There is a fair amount of freedom offered with this assignment, because I don’t want anyone to have to research or learn how to do something new (although you are allowed to). I would recommend choosing a process that you know a great deal about, and then writing an essay describing how that process is performed. Keep in mind whether or not you want your process essay to be Directional or Informational, and remember what each of those types of essays entails.
I am going to ask that the process you describe have at least three steps

Then perform thirty chest compressions intervals of two minutes. Followed by two rescues breathes to complete one cycle. It’s essential to note that the chest should compress by 5cm. Then resume chest compressions to restore the person’s circulation (Neumar et al., 2010).
