My goals
1- Increase my performance to get more experience in my field as an Accounting, this is will allow me to get promotion and change position.
2- “Senior level” position, I know it is additional work and I have to work hard, take more projects to become an expert in my field and open the door to achieve my long term goal.
3- Earn Management International job in Middle East as a Finance Manager.

Outline of Career Development Portfolio
Once you begin your research, you will need to create an outline showing how your Career Development Portfolio will be organized. I am very flexible on how that outline should look, so make it work for you. Key tabs you will use are important to note, and you should include a couple of key points about each section as well. This should be no longer than 1–2 pages, and bullet points are fine.
