There is also pain during or after intercourse and pain during urination, especially during monthly periods. Also, during menstrual periods one constipates, bloats, or even vomits. I would refer the patient with endometriosis to consult a healthcare specialist in the field to manage the condition at an early stage to avoid severe conditions that come later due to the condition of endometriosis. The other severe condition is ovarian cancer which finally causes death. Therefore, the patient should consult to prevent the condition from worsening. I would refer the patient to a gynecologist because this specialist deals with women’s reproductive health and can treat the condition.
