The access to and use of technology has greatly improved in the twenty-first century. However, this is affected by the hardware, software, and internet access infrastructure (Hsiao et al., 2018). The hardware infrastructure constitutes the tangible parts of the technology, such as computers, laptops, and cables. In the western countries, hardware infrastructure is found almost in all places; schools, hospitals, homes, etcetera. Therefore, the access to and use of technology is at a higher rate than in developing countries.
