Answer preview

Concerning value addition to the customers of the airline industry at large has to a considerable extent tried to improve on it. To begin with, the industry has added value concerning the fare and requirements during travel. At the beginning when the travel airlines were few in the industry, passengers found it very hard to travel from one place to another through the airlines. This was because the cost of traveling was robust and was not easy to afford at that moment. With the coming of more airlines value has been added whereby the prices have been harmonized in a standard way that most of the people can afford (Mason, & Staude, 2017). A second way that the industry has added value to their customers is that they have made traveling very easy. A few decades ago it was almost impossible for a person to go to distant countries. One reason was that of the long periods the ship used to take and secondly the world was not open enough to allow free movement. This dream was made a reality by the coming of the airline industry where they made it simpler to go to any place around the world.
