A country foreign policy refers to the self-interest strategies that help to keep a country safe by safeguarding the national interests and helping to achieve the international relations goals of a state.  There are countless instances in which the public needs to be kept safe. One such example is during a war. The government must ensure that the public has been protected from any harm that may come their way. When it comes to this, the president may be inclined to result in mechanisms which are not right (Snyder and Weingast, 2000)…
