Answer preview

Different types of evidence can be admitted at trial to prove the innocence or guilt of the accused. The main types of evidence presented to a court include physical and testimonial evidence. Other forms of proof include demonstrative and circumstantial evidence. The difference is that physical evidence requires tangible items, while testimonies are obtained from witnesses that provide statements about the crime. Physical evidence is crucial and more reliable for the jury since it gives the accused a fair trial based on the proof provided beyond a reasonable doubt.
