With the gathered facts and prior evidence of a similar crime on child pornography, I would say that the charge proved the offender’s guilt beyond a reasonable double. According to City News Service (2020), in March 2018, Hernandez had shown the intent to take part in sexual misconduct. On this note, he distributed pornographic materials of minors and controlled child porn, which made him a conviction of two years. Hence, committing a similar crime by possessing pornographic images increased proof that the offender had committed the crime. Generally, the communication between the probation officer, the Anaheim Police Department, and the court helped in the conclusions. Were it not for the probation officer, the police would not have known about the prior charges and current offense. Further, the police department forwarded the gathered findings to the court, which influenced the court ruling that the offender should serve three years in corrections.
