Putting an end to the systemic racism that has taken root in America is not easy. President Trump can sort this issue by making policy changes that allow victims of systemic racism to access Justice (Warner, 2016). Racial relations in the United States deteriorated because the minorities felt oppressed by the system and had no-where to turn to for reprieve. As such, most of them preferred to avoid or limit interactions with whites because they feel that they will get discriminated and there is nothing they can do about it. Trump should create an environment where people who instigate racial disparity get called out and punished (Warner, 2016). By doing this, he might repair the damaged racial relationships in the United States. He should sanitize institutions and agencies that have had a hand in racial discrimination, such as various police departments in the United States.
