Cross-cultural management is essential in any organization because it enables the leadership to interact with individuals from different backgrounds. Any entity must identify that there are differences between various people. Such differences tend to inform their interactions with the external environment (Kumi-Yeboah, 2018). Therefore, an organization that interacts with different people needs to acknowledge the differences by creating effective cross-cultural management. This concept came about due to the diversity that the American organizations were adopting, where other employees from the various groups get equal opportunities to work in the American market (Ayega & Muathe, 2018). With the increase in globalization with time, the workforce is becoming more diverse because different organizations are acquiring labor force from other countries (Kumi-Yeboah, 2018). Such employees often have their unique ways of interaction. Joining a new culture may affect their performance within an organization which necessitates the demand for cross-cultural management. This is an area that can be created under the human resource department where the department is aware of the unique nature of every employee. Cross-cultural management in any organization has several underlying benefits.
