One aspect I learned about disaster recovery from the video is that human error is the most significant cause of IT disasters with Disaster Management. This conclusion is drawn from comparing human error to three other factors which include server failure, power/communication failure and “Acts of God” which is basically floods and other natural catastrophes (Bluelock, 2014).
