Answer previewPlanning is necessary for human resource activities. As a human resource manager, there was a time when the lack of planning affected the hiring process. I had no prepared plan indicating the type of candidates to hire. As a result, the issue was that the company ended up hiring untalented people. Since the company was new in the industry, it required highly talented people to boost its growth. Therefore, as a manager, I created regular training programs for all employees instead of re-hiring. The training helped to improve the talents of the hired employees.
