The previous literature divides diversity into two groups which include observable and non-observable.  Some of the observable diversity include age, race, gender, sex, and ethnicity.  On the other hand, some of the non-observable diversity4 include education, values, affection, personality, and knowledge.  The more research about the impact of the diversity in the performance focuses on the observable diversity.  By improving the representation of the minority groups in the public organization, it improves their performance.  According to Riccucci, (2018)., the women are increasing in the public organization board, but due to lack of proper training, they make a small impact.
