Compare the novel, “Dracula” and the 2002 film, Queen of the Damned

Using two or more of the academic approaches you reviewed in week one (historical, scientific, psychological, philosophical and literary) compare and analyze Bram Stoker’s novel, “Dracula” and the 2002 film, Queen of the Damned which can be viewed on Netflix. Make sure you share which approaches you have chosen and why. Analyze how the text and the film approached the role of women, men and vampires. How does the Queen of the Dammed reflect the 21st century ideas about the “new woman” and the ideal of masculinity?

Paper should be 3-5 pages long double spaced using 12 point font in either Times New Roman or Calibri
