There are several reasons as to why people choose to acquire higher education and training. The reason that is cited by a lot of people is to be able to get a job and make a living from the job (Paulsen, 2016).  Universities and colleges work with training individuals who will help build the economy by contributing their knowledge and skills. One of the challenges faced by institutions of higher learning when trying to train students about how to function effectively in their future job is the ability to recreate conditions that exist in the real working environment (Paulsen, 2016). There are many dynamics at work. Organizations differ in how they approach their work. They also change very quickly. Colleges and universities cannot be able to train their students about how different organizations approach their work.
