Ethics and Leadership
Relying on what you have learned from this week’s readings and multimedia on ethical leadership and using the Framework to Analyze Ethical Dilemmas (p. 206) from the Mattison (2000) article, you and your groupmates will choose two (2) of the following proposed policy violations to discuss and write out your decision making process for each.
Throughout this week In the group discussion board, post your own individual preferences for two of the proposed violations of policy from the list and, through a series of group discussions with your group mates, come to an agreement on which two (2) proposed violations of policy you will focus on for this group assignment. At the end of this module, you will assign a spokesperson to compile a final post to include each of the proposed policy violations and the decision making process using the actual Framework to Analyze Ethical Dilemmas (p. 206) from the Mattison (200) article as well as the discussion around the rationale for decisions made.
