Answer preview

Problems in an organization are inevitable. Employees are made up of people with different personalities and attitudes, and managing them to achieve a common objective can sometimes be problematic. Some employees might feel that they are not being treated fairly, while others might think they are undermining their affairs. This is a common problem that will need to be dealt with skillfully if a company has to remain in optimum operations (Sarathy, 2018). Other issues that might affect an organization include managerial and financial matters, among others. A set guideline consists of a sequence that, if followed, a problem such as discrimination and employee dissatisfaction can be solved successfully.
