In most organizations, there are ethics which are supposed to be upheld by the professionals working. However, the employees may violate the ethics codes to benefit themselves in one way or another. For instance, ethics are violated by the mishandling of the organizations’ funds, sexual harassment, discrimination of clients or employees and conflicts of interest.
