Etiquettes in Communication

Although technology has enabled us to communicate easily with anyone, it often leads people to make awkward errors contrary to their proficient status. Thus, according to (Ramesh, 2010), proper communication creates trust and affects the way people perceive each other. My view about the email exchange between Professor Sharma, Meeta Sing and Kumar is positive and reasonable. It is quite ordinary to find people making errors, and the reaction can either be negative or positive depending on the attitude of the receiver (Ramesh, 2010). Professor mistakenly sent the email, Sing reacted to email so fast, and Kumar negatively concluding the conversation as offensive. Even though Kumar tries to bring the great etiquette towards the professor, he is the one who is exclusively wrong…
