Answer preview
Leadership is a key element that is required in the organization to achieve its goals. The leadership style used, the skills of the leader determine the effectiveness of the leader in the organization. To be an outstanding leader various skills are needed by the management such as delegation of duties which allow the leader to drive his operations through others as well as relieve his stress by concentrating on other responsibilities (Francis Amagoh, 2009). The leader will also require being able to show interest in the success of his employees through motivation and develop an effective means of communication to his subordinate. The leader will also be required to equip all his subordinates with the relevant skills needed to perform their responsibilities in the organization. This research paper emphasizes the methods that are most applicable to become a frontline leader in the company and how effective those methods are achieving the organizational goals. An outstanding leader is one who uses his skills to establish ideas for the achievement of the organization goal and develop an employee based route of propagating the established goals as he acquires the credit of the employees and the senior stakeholders of the organization(1746words)
