Fire on the Mountain Book Summary

In 1994 a wildfire inferno took place in Colorado at a forest found in the south Canyon. This inferno killed over a total of fourteen firefighters including some female crews. The primary reason of writing the book is to give an encounter of the fire including the errors made in decision making, weather inconveniences, and other factors that increased the severity of the canyon fire (Maclean 295). This was a thorough documentary of the unfolding that occurred concerning the MacLean’s story of this tragic inferno….
